You will receive a basic salary during your training period. Upon graduation and the start of your flying duties, you will enjoy an attractive salary package, with additional allowances based on your flying hours.
You will be based in Singapore with an initial 5-year contract, with the opportunity for extension depending on your performance.

SIA will be conducting interviews for cabin crew in Colombo, Sri Lanka in September / October 2026. If you meet the following requirements, we will be pleased to receive your application:
- Minimum age of 18 years old due to legislative requirements
- Pleasant personality and service-oriented
- Fluent in English with good communication skills for servicing of international customers
- Minimum height requirements of at least 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males in order to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university
- Willing to relocate to Singapore
- Willingness and commitment to serve a compulsory service bond
Successful candidates must be able to commence employment with us within three months from the date of application.
