Key Accountabilities

• Ensure the annual targets /KPIs are achieved while delivering expected results throughout the year
• Perform allocated Non-Raw Material Procurement operations to ensure that materials are provided to manufacturing teams in line with the required Leadtime.
• Adhere to the standards throughout the NMRP process.
• Perform vendor extensions for all possible items
• Be the official contact for the allocated vendors for NMRP suppliers
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers for better financial terms, delivery and lead time.
• Maintain and strengthen healthy relationships with assigned suppliers.
• Continuously monitor supplier performance in terms of price, lead time, and delivery commitments, providing feedback when required.
• Identify the self-development areas for the competencies of Sourcing & Negotiations skills
• Adhere to the category base Team restructure
• Follow up on Supplier Payments
• Adherence to the Procurement Policy

Knowledge and Skills 

• Undergraduate / Graduate – Degree in Business Management / Finance / Supply Chain & Logistics / Textile Engineering / and/or CIMA / ICASL / ACCA
• 6-12 months experience in a similar role
