Age Limit – Between 18 and 45 years

Qualifications

1. A degree in Commerce, Business Management, Accounting from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission and 03 years of experience in the relevant field OR
2. A Higher National Diploma in Accountancy {Business Finance / Business Administration (HNDBF/HNDA/HNDBA) (SLQF Level 05 or above corresponding to the degree) conducted by a Higher National Institute of Technology and 5 years of experience in the relevant field OR
3. A Diploma in Business Development from the National Cooperative Development Institute and 05 years of experience in an executive position in the relevant field in a recognized institution Not less than one year of experience and 5 years of experience in the relevant field OR
4. EL 03 Level ! Grade post OR 04 years of experience in EL 03 Level II Grade post.

Grade II

• 5 years of satisfactory service in the post of General Manager / Chief Executive / Managing Director (Rural Banks) in Grade III and not less than one year of Diploma in Business Development / Human Resources / Accounting / Microfinance from the National Cooperative Development Institute National Cooperative Board

Grade 1

• 5 years of satisfactory service in the post of General Manager / Chief Executive / Managing Director (Rural Banks) in Grade II.

Salary Scale | (EL – 01) – 54,000 – 1,300 X 5 – 1,600 X 5 – 1,900 X 10 – 2,200 X 10 – 2,500 X 12 × 139,500,00
