JOB PROFILE
- Carry out tasks assigned by the bank, aligned with its goals and corporate plan.
- Collaborate with branch teams to meet daily and routine objectives.
- Help customers transition from traditional services to digital channels.
- Work with different departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the bank’s business and the external environment, identifying future challenges and opportunities.
- Effectively communicate strategic changes, helping everyone understand the vision and necessary behaviors for success.
- Promote open communication, foster new ideas and develop strategies for improvement.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay flexible under pressure.
APPLICANT’S PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized university in Business Management, Banking or Finance.
- Qualification in Customer Relationship Management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking sector or a financial institution.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented individual with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on business excellence and customer centricity.
- Ability to handle stress effectively with strong business acumen, multitask, and demonstrate flexibility in work.
- Proven competence in interpersonal, analytical, financial, marketing and problem-solving skills.
- High computer literacy, enabling effective performance in the electronic environment of the Bank
