ASSISTANT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE (IT) – APPLICATION DEVELOPMENTS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with business leaders and product owners to gather and clarify requirements
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for maximum performance and efficiency
- Create detailed technical diagrams for system architecture and data flows
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Incorporate security best practices and conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to standards
- Provide prompt and effective support to users experiencing technical issues
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Banking Financial sector
- Technical expertise in one of the following languages
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET, and WSO2 Enterprise Integrator, with strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET Core enterprise applications
or - Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA for developing scalable enterprise applications
or - Proven expertise in system architecture and Web API development (REST & SOAP), supported by strong knowledge of RDBMS platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
- Technically proficient, governance-oriented, and familiar with Risk, Audit, and Compliance functions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
