ASSISTANT MANAGER – INTERNAL AUDIT
Sri Lanka Cricket is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Internal Audit team as an Assistant Manager – Internal Audit. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the governance and operational excellence of Sri Lanka Cricket.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of the Corporate Plan of Sri Lanka Cricket
- Assist the Management to implement strategic initiatives of Sri Lanka Cricket
- Review monthly financial statements and take necessary actions to address old outstanding balances
- Monitor the progress of all grants provided to sports clubs and associations
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the required areas within the organization
- Liaise with external auditors for the annual financial and operational audit
- Coordinate with the Sports Ministry and other government institutions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
