Vacancy: IT Assistant (Investment Assistant II)
NSB Fund Management Co. Ltd, a leading Primary Dealer in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and qualified professional to lead our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff on hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity
- Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of trading and back-office systems
- Support and maintain financial/trading applications used in primary dealing operations
- Perform regular system backups and assist in data recovery processes
- Ensure proper functioning of email systems and user account management
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and safeguarding company data
- Maintain IT inventory and keep records of hardware and software assets
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for IT-related services and repairs
