Officer – Stores Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits
- Verify quantities and quality of goods received against delivery notes/invoices
- Ensure proper documentation, storage, and safe handling of materials
- Prepare and dispatch orders as per delivery schedules
- Maintain proper stacking and organization within the warehouse
- Assist customers by identifying requirements and issuing goods accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse or stores operations
- Diploma in Stores Management or a related field will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
- Good organizational, communication, and customer handling skills
