Management Trainee- Research & Development
Job Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to support the Research & Development team in product development, process improvements, and innovation initiatives. The candidate will assist in conducting research, testing new materials and products, and analyzing results to support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Assist in research and development activities related to new product development and product improvements.
- Support testing, trials, and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in evaluating production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other cross-functional departments during product trials and development activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of research findings, test results, and technical reports.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Be a result-oriented individual who can work with minimum supervision.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills in research and development activities.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate should possess a BSc Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Chemical & Process Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in research, innovation, and new product development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Age below 30 years.
