Trainee – Human Resource
We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual to support HR operations and administrative functions
within the organization while gaining hands – on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR administration and employee documentation.
- Maintain staff records, attendance, and related reports.
- Support recruitment, on boarding, and training activities.
- Coordinate employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Diploma Level Qualification in HRM (CIPM or recognized institute).
- Passed G.C.E. A/L in Commerce, Mathematics, Science, or Technology with minimum 3 passes.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
- Age below 25 years.
