Assistant – Workforce Management Service Delivery
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a Degree in Human Resource Management along with 1 year of work experience to join our dynamic team for a 6 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will follow up on performance appraisals and employee life cycle movements including confirmations, transfers, secondments and increments, ensure that relevant letters are issued and the system is updated on time while engaging with relevant internal stakeholders and securing required approvals to maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
