ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities
- Raise, handle, and maintain sales invoices and credit notes accurately and timely.
- Open & update customer (vendors) files and maintain proper documentation across all transactions.
- Manage petty cash operations effectively, expense reimbursements, and reporting.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of management reports to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations while optimizing processes with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E A/L in the commerce stream.
- Currently following a diploma in finance/AAT/CMA/ACCA/CA Sri Lanka or a similar qualification.
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in finance or accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Ability to meet tight timelines and work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
