Body Shop Service Advisor – LOLC Motors (Pvt) Ltd – Gothatuwa
LOLC Motors (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Body Shop Advisor to acts as the primary liaison between customers and the body repair workshop.
The Profile
- Greet customers, understand their concerns, and obtain detailed information about vehicle damage.
- Conduct initial visual inspections and assist with damage assessment.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
- Prepare and present accurate repair estimates, cost breakdowns, and work scopes.
- Capture detailed job cards with photographs and relevant documentation.
- Liaise with insurance assessors/inspectors for approvals.
- Schedule vehicles for body and paint repairs.
- Monitor job progress and ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
- Conduct final walk-through with the customer at vehicle delivery.
Personal and Skills Profile
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a body shop or automotive service advisor role.
- NVQ Level 4 or higher in Automotive Technology/ Automotive Collision Repair
- Knowledge of accident repairs, panel beating, and painting processes.
- Experience handling insurance claims is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy (email, job card systems, MS Office).
- Valid driver’s license.
