JOB FUNCTIONS
- We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Executive to handle general insurance claims, address customer inquiries, and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records, promote insurance products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations
- Trilingual proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English is a must
- Computer literate with the ability to handle basic systems and tools
- Flexible to work on a roster basis, both from office and home
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
