Customer Care Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, providing clear and detailed information about customer inquiries.
- Reach out to individuals who have shown interest, discussed their needs, and guided them toward the most suitable courses offered by McLarens Maritime Academy.
- Follow up promptly and share course information with customers via WhatsApp, SMS, or email as requested.
- Keep accurate records of all call details and ensure updates are made promptly.
- Respond to messages and inquiries received through McLarens Maritime Academy’s Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Log all inquiries in an organized format for future follow-up and analysis.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to raise awareness and build the reputation of McLarens Maritime Academy.
- Perform other tasks related to marketing and business development as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply – we welcome new talent! Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Tamil language is an added advantage.
