ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Junior Executive or in a similar finance/accounting role.
- AAT qualified or part qualification from a recognized accounting body (CA/ CMА/ ACCA) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, transaction recording, auditing, and related processes, with working knowledge of LKAS/SLFRS for practical application in reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
- Prior experience in auditing and taxation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Positive mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
