Store Assistant (Contract Basis)

What you need to do
- Receive, label, and store incoming spare parts accurately in designated locations.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Accurately pick and issue parts based on workshop or dealer requests.
- Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring correct documentation and packaging.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts supervisors to fulfill parts requirements efficiently.
- Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and issuing spare parts.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols within the warehouse/store area.
What you need
- Minimum GCE O/L qualification (Ordinary Level).
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 certification in Storekeeping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in stock handling, inventory control, or logistics is beneficial.
