Applications can be obtained from the official website of the University https://ou.ac.lk (https://ou.ac.lk/staff-resources/) under the Establishment Division under Application Non-academic or from the Non-academic Establishments Division of this University. Completed applications should be sent to the Senior Assistant Registrar Non-academic Establishments, Open University of Sri Lanka, Nawala, Nugegoda on or before 21.11.2025.

Applicants working in the Government, State Corporations, Statutory Boards should send their applications through the Head of the Institution. Photocopies of certificates should also be attached with the applications. The post applied for should be mentioned on the top left corner of the envelope.

Required details should not be provided, unclear, photocopies of certificates not attached, applications received after the due date or any other requirement should be met. Failure to do so will result in rejection of applications. Once an application is rejected, it will not be reconsidered for any reason.
