Main Duties & Responsibilities
- An undergraduate or pursuing a professional qualification/ diploma in HR.
- Being a student from CIPM would be an added advantage.
- Age below 25 years.
- Preference would be given to candidates living near/ within a 15 km radius to Toyota Lanka-Wattala.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with employees of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
