We are looking for energetic go-getters who match the below profile for our Singer Mega Showrooms at Nugegoda, Boralesgamuwa, Kottawa, Mount Lavinia, Negombo, Thurstan Road, Rajagiriya, Thalawathugoda, Peliyagoda, Ratmalana, One Galleface Mall and Havelock City Mall.

Job Profile:

As a Customer Care Assistant/Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission and will:

• Create lasting connections with our valued customers and exceed sales targets with your charm and expertise.
• Craft unforgettable experiences that keep our customers coming back for more, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
• Partner with our store manager to uphold impeccable standards of administration and organization.
• Guide customers through our wide selection to find the perfect products for their needs, turning shopping into an adventure.

Candidate Profile:

You will be a great addition if you;

• Have passed your G.C.E. Ordinary Levels.
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer durable sales.
• Have a passion for Sales and Customer Care
• Your communication skills are effective.
• Flexibility and ready to dive into a work roster with enthusiasm.
• You shine with your vibrant extra-curricular activities
• And of course, between 18 and 25 years
