The Job

Responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust budgeting, business planning and forecasting process with cross functional linkages to all business and functional units within the organization in order to ensure proactive decision-making process.
Develop and prepare performance reporting and analytics dashboards in order to track and monitor performance to facilitate well informed decision making by the management.
Responsible for Setting up monthly reviews with the business units on key deliverables and business parameters.
Analyze both financial and non-financial KPIs against actual and forecast, highlighting key areas of concern requiring attention of the Senior Management Team.
Analyze and interpret operating results to help business heads and functional heads in decision making/ corrective action through appropriate and timely lead, lag and flag reporting.
Conceptualize, plan and coordinate business performance improvement projects and develop action plans for maximizing revenue opportunities, cost re-scaling and driving efficiencies
Conduct product and service level pricing and profitability analysis
Support Head of Finance to effectively manage analysis related to treasury function of the organization.

The Person

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university.
Fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA Sri Lanka.
Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in the finance function, including 5-7 years of specialized experience in financial accounting, reporting, MIS or Treasury in a bank/licensed finance company
Should have excellent communication skills, high level of computer literacy, strong analytical skills.
Attention to details and strong ability in planning.
