1.    JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• Gather HR-related data from diverse sources, and analyse to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for management decisions.
• Perform statistical analysis and maintain HR dashboards and data visualizations.
• Maintain accurate employee information data bases, track staff changes and ensure timely updates in the HRIS.
• Update and maintain all HR administrative reports.
• Create and maintain HR process documents, collaborating internally on improvements, mapping the updates as required in the process excellence program.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) maintaining and updating the HRIS core system.
• Be responsible in gathering inputs for payroll and related reports
• Responsible for all administrative matters related to employee life cycle.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.

              2.  MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR                           POSITION

• Degree / Professional Qualification in general management, or data analytics.
• Part / full professional qualification in HRM
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with exposure in relevant areas.
• Effective communication in both English and Sinhala and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy and conversant in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
