Limited Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Class III of the Sri Lanka Agricultural Service – 2024 (2026)
Applications are invited from government officers who fulfill the qualifications specified below for the Limited Competitive Examination to recruit officers to 125 vacant posts in Class III of the Sri Lanka Agricultural Service (as mentioned in Section 1 below and existing as of 30.06.2024). These qualifications must be fulfilled by the closing date for the receipt of applications.
In this notice, the term “Sri Lanka Agricultural Service Minute” refers to the Sri Lanka Agricultural Service Minute published in the Extraordinary Gazette of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka No. 1880/26 dated 19.09.2014, along with all amendments made to it to date and any amendments that may be made in the future. “Appointing Authority” refers to the Public Service Commission; “Secretary” refers to the Secretary to the Ministry in charge of the subject of Agriculture; “Service” refers to the Sri Lanka Agricultural Service; “Appointment” refers to an appointment to a post in Class III of the Sri Lanka Agricultural Service; “Written Examination” refers to the Limited Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Class III of the Sri Lanka Agricultural Service – 2024 (2026); and, unless otherwise specified, “Officer” refers to an officer of the Sri Lanka Agricultural Service.
