We are seeking dedicated and goal-oriented individuals to join our Recovery Call Centre Team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining a professional and customerfocused approach.
The Role
- Help clients with their queries on Loans, and Financial Services.
- Contact customers with overdue payments to recover outstanding debts.
- Provide clear and accurate information about account status and payment options.
- Resolve client Problems or escalate them to the right team as and when needed.
The Profile
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Sinhala / Tamil, and English.
- Previous experience in Debt Collection, Recovery, or Customer Service will be an advantage.
