Marketing Associate – Leasing
JOB PROFILE
- Identify and engage prospective customers through strategic field visits and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Promote leasing services with strong, value-driven propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships to secure repeat sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets.
- Provide timely reports and updates to the sales management team.
APPLICANT’S PROFILE
- Age between 20-27 years.
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in banking or the Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) sector is preferred.
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credits in English and Mathematics.
- Full or part qualifications in SLIM, CIM, or Banking would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
- Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil (written and spoken) with proficiency in English.
- Outgoing personality with a strong passion for sales.
