Trainee Executive – Sales & Marketing (Management Trainee)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Sales & Marketing operations. Join our team and contribute to expanding our market presence while delivering exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare marketing materials and support exhibitions, promotional events, and branding initiatives.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, quotations, customer data, and campaign results.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Planning, Logistics, and Administration teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media management and online advertising, will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
