Key purpose of the Job

The Graduate Trainee – Technical, Assist technical support to ensure timely delivery of orders in line with customer requirements, mitigates production risks through effective solutions across pre-production and production to achieve RFT, OTD, and quality targets, while ensuring full compliance with organizational Health & Safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pre-production meetings, offering technical inputs to ensure smooth production execution.​
• Evaluation new styles with the Manager to confirm production feasibility.​
• Contribute to risk analysis discussions to proactively mitigate bulk production issues.​
• Oversee daily production plans, ensuring timely availability of machines, SMOs, and resources.​
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve line issues.​
• Collaboratively deliver technical solutions promptly, escalating complex challenges for swift resolution.​
• Ensure optimal manpower and resource allocation to meet operational demands.​
• Set performance goals and expectations to drive team excellence.​
• Champion employee engagement, training, and career development initiatives alongside the Manager.
