JOB PROFILE
- Lead special Credit Card sales projects and targeted campaigns.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Branch Networks, Marketing, and Card Centre teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS and management reports.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in special initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with product, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between management and execution teams.
- Ensure that all customer dealings are conducted in compliance with the Financial Consumer Protection Regulation and relevant internal policies and procedures.
APPLICANT’S PROFILE
- Age below 30 years.
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in card sales or banking.
- Prior experience in project or campaign management is preferred.
