KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall operational functions of the branch
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving business targets
- Achieve operational goals, maintain regulatory and compliance standards of the bank
- Ensure compliance with operation policies, guidelines, procedures and external regulatory requirements
- Continuous improvement of customer service at the branch to maximize customer satisfaction & retention
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in a commercial bank, out of which at least 2 years of exposure as an Executive
- Full/ Part qualification in banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
- Excellent knowledge in banking operations
- A team player, with a performance driven and service-oriented mindset
