Job Qualifications
- Must have passed 06 subjects in the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination at one sitting.
- Should be between 25 and 40 years of age.
- Should have at least 5 years of driving experience in a recognized institution.
- Should have the necessary physical and mental fitness and good health to perform the duties assigned to the position effectively.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to work in English
- Ability to use office tools (internet, computers and printers) efficiently
- Basic knowledge of Colombo city roads
- Basic knowledge of vehicle repairs
Job Responsibilities
- Provide necessary transportation facilities for the day-to-day operations of the institution.
- Coordinate logistics and operational functions.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance and driving records accurately.
- Arrange for the proper distribution and receipt of daily correspondence (internal and external).
- Contribute to office programs (internal and external).
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to keep the office clean and tidy.
- Ability to work after hours/weekends as required. (With overtime allowance)
