Regional Development Bank, as the premier state-owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 272 branches island wide, invites applications from experienced professionals with relevant qualifications and exceptional leadership skills for the following post.
Board Secretary
Key Requirements :
- The candidate should,
- be a Member of Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries of Sri Lanka (ICCSSL).
or- possess Attorney at Law. Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Possess Company Secretarial License.
- Have a minimum of five (05) years’ experience as a Board Secretary and of which at least 03 years should be in a licensed bank or a financial institution with demonstrable exposure to Board-level governance and regulatory compliance.
- be below 57 years of age.
Salary will be negotiable, commensurate with the qualifications, experience and overall suitability.
