GOLD LOAN OFFICERS – Staff Assistant/ Junior Executive/ Executive grades
Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL), a well-established Financial Institution and a subsidiary of
Bank of Ceylon is looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team for the above post.
Key Responsibilities
- Identification and assessment of gold articles.
- Appraise gold and process gold loan facilities.
- Adherence to policies, procedures, rules and regulations relating to gold loan operation.
- Organize and carry out marketing campaigns to capture new business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
What we are looking for,
Minimum Criteria
- A sound knowledge in identification and assessment of gold articles in entire gold loan operations and procedures.
- G.C.E (O/L) Examination with minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Good communication skills and customer service skills.
