EXECUTIVE – SALES ADMINISTRATION
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Design and implement an end-to-end sales performance management system
- Recruit, onboard, and manage licensing of General Insurance sales personnel
- Assign, monitor, and track sales targets and business budgets
- Manage sales incentives and remuneration programmes to drive performance
- Support management in planning and executing effective sales promotion campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. (A/L) examination
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support in a reputed company
(School leavers are encouraged to apply. male candidates preferred) - Experience in the insurance industry and relevant academic qualifications in accounting or finance will be a distinct advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work extended hours, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines
