ASSOCIATE – GLOBAL SHOP & CROSS-BORDER OPERATIONS
Key Responsibilities
- Support Global Shop order processing and customer coordination.
- Assist with cross-border shipment tracking and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, clearing agents, and internal teams.
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate operational records.
- Prepare basic daily and weekly operational reports.
- Support marketplace-related operational tasks (Amazon /Walmart and other Global platforms).
Requirements
- Diploma or Undergraduate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- School leavers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
