MARKETING OFFICERS
SLT is seeking motivated individuals to join our Marketing Team across a range of key focus areas, including Enterprise Key Account Management, Brand Marketing, and Product Development. Selected candidates will be assigned responsibilities based on organizational requirements.
Marketing Officers may be engaged in:
- Acting as the Single Point of Contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring their communication needs are met, maintaining satisfaction, and supporting business growth.
- Supporting brand marketing activities such as campaign planning, content coordination, digital initiatives, and enhancing brand visibility.
- Assisting product development teams by gathering customer insights, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the planning and improvement of products and services.
- This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Personal Profile
- G.C.E. (O/L) Examination with 06 passes at one sitting with 04 credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil, English Language and Mathematics, and G.C.E. (A/L) examination 03 passes in one sitting.
AND - A Diploma in Marketing from SLIM (Graduate Diploma Level)/CIM Part II or Advanced Diploma in Marketing equivalent to NVQ-6 or SLQF 4 or above from a University or Recognized Institute.
AND - At least One year working experience in the field of Marketing/Account Management in a reputed establishment would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English with oral & written communication abilities.
