- Customer Care Officer
Organization: Condominium Management Authority (CMA)
Filling of vacancies for the post of Customer Service Officer in the Condominium Management Authority. (Number of vacancies is 01)
Applications are invited from qualified candidates to fill the post of Customer Service Officer in the Condominium Management Authority.
External Applicants
- Must have obtained a degree recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Internal Applicants
- Must have fulfilled the qualifications for external applicants mentioned above. OR
- Must have completed five (05) years of satisfactory service in the Management Assistant (Non-Technical) Service Category (MA 1-1) Grade II of the Condominium Management Authority.
Salary Scale
JM 1-1- 6.72,650 – 10 x 1,360 – 18 x 2,040 = 122,970
Salary will be paid in a phased manner up to 2027.01.01 as per Schedule II of Management Services Circular No. 01/2025.
All allowances and living expenses as approved by the Government will be paid.
Should be not less than 22 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.
The maximum age limit is not applicable for internal applicants.
Every candidate,
- should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Should be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties assigned to the post and to serve in any part of the island.
- Should be of excellent character.
