OFFICER – RECOVERIES
The selected candidate will be responsible to drive effective debt recovery of Lifeline unit by ensuring overdue payments are collected efficiently and customer commitments are properly followed up. The role also supports strong credit control through accurate documentation, timely reporting and strict adherence to data confidentiality.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers via phone, email, SMS, and field visits to resolve overdue payments and collect pending balances.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding balances, due dates, and payment obligations
- Accurately prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor customer payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up and fulfillment
- Keep comprehensive and current records of all recovery actions and client interactions
- Compile and submit reports on collections and recoveries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Experience and qualifications:
- Passed G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L in any stream.
- At least 02 years of experience as a Recovery Officer.
