THE PROFILE
- Adhere to the company Gold Loan policy and guidelines issued regularly.
- Use and maintain gold loan equipment and tools with care conscientiously.
- Provide quality and efficient customer service.
- Create business awareness to attract new customers.
- Handle cash and work based on instructions.
THE PERSON
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in a finance company will be an added advantage.
- Age between 19 -30 years.
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
- Previous experience in Gold Loan Operations will be an added advantage
