The Commercial Bank Management Trainee Programme is crafted to shape the next generation of banking leaders – ready to make an impact.

Exposure across key business verticals and support functions.
A comprehensive training programme of 18 months will be provided with an attractive training allowance and other benefits.
Management Trainees will be provided hands-on work experience and an opportunity to be absorbed as an Assistant Manager to the permanent cadre of the Bank, after successful completion of the training programme and achieving the required standard

Be less than 27 years of age
Be a graduate with a Second Class (Upper Division or above) from a recognized university in a discipline such as Banking & Finance / Business Management/ Commerce / Economics / Accountancy / Finance / Mathematics / Statistics / Law / Information Technology/ Computer Science / Data Science / Business Analytics / Financial Technology (FinTech) / Digital Banking and Finance / Artificial Intelligence (Al) or Human Resources
OR
Be a Member / Passed Finalist from one of the following professional organizations CIMA / ACCA/ CFA /ICASL
Two years of working experience (including Internships) will be a distinct advantage
