A leading luxury salon group with expansion plans is seeking an experienced Beautician
Candidate Profile
- Age: 23-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma and/or relevant courses from respected institutions as beautician and/or nail technician
- 2+ years’ experience with reputable salons
- Experience both with female and male customers
- Exposure to international clients
- Existing client base
- Adaptive to flexible working hours on shift basis
Key Skills
- Excellent skills within beauty services like facials, waxing, threading, nail styling including manicure and pedicure
- In-depth knowledge of beauty and nail products and their applications
- Knowledge of booking systems, CRM software, salon management systems, or similar
- Customer Relationship Management
- Strong people management and communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
- A good team player who puts the clients and the co-workers first
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and consult on desired hairstyles and treatments
- Beauty and nail services according to client preferences
- Recommend hair care products and maintenance routines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation and maintenance of tools and workstations
- Stay updated on nail and beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Schedule appointments, orders and payments and manage client records
