Qualifications:

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination should be passed in 06 subjects with 2 distinctions in not more than two sittings.
• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform duties properly and to serve anywhere in the island.
• Must be of good character.
• Must be not less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.
