CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANTS- ISLANDWIDE
Qualifications & Requirements
- Passed O/L with 6 subjects in one attempt.
- Proficiency in Sinhala / Tamil with a basic conversational knowledge of English.
- Basic Computer awareness in MS Office including MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Pleasant communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to the workplace environment.
- Applicants should be residents of the area where the showroom or Factory
- Outlet is situated.
