Job Description
To provide skilled in-house maintenance support, assisting the Facilities Engineer (Civil) in ensuring civil structures are maintained in optimal functional condition.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Carpentry Officer with layout modifications (i.e. partitioning, Installation of timber/ aluminium/ glass door & window frames, Ceilings, sashes & accessories etc.)
- Support the Carpentry Officer in repairing furniture to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist the Carpentry Officer with construction, modification, and repair of ceilings.
- Assist the Carpentry Officer with the construction of counters, carpeting, vinyl floor tiling, and wallpaper/fabric installation, etc.
- Maximize the usage of power tools for carpentry and other fabrication work, and maintenance of these tools for extended longevity.
Requirements
- Sat for O/L and relevant course equivalent to NVQ level 3 for which the duration of course to be 6 months in the relevant field(Carpentry) with 2 years relevant working experience.
Note: Trainee and internship experience will not be considered as work experience.
Age to be not more than 35 years as at 20th September 2025 which is the closing date.

- Employment will be offered on fixed term contract.
