Eligibility:
- A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Sri Lanka Institute of Engineers.
and - Having at least one (01) year of experience in the relevant field in a Government, State Corporation, Board, Statutory Body or a recognized private institution after obtaining the degree qualification.
Age – Should not be less than 22 years and should not exceed 45 years.

Qualifications:
- A First Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Commerce from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission.
OR - Having obtained a Diploma/Intermediate or equivalent professional qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or the UK/Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka/Institute of Management Accountants of the UK/Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK.
AND
- Having obtained at least one (01) year of experience in the relevant field in a Government, State Corporation, Board, Statutory Body or a recognized private institution after obtaining the degree qualification.
Age – Not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years.

Qualifications :-
3:1 Education
- Passes in four (04) subjects including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics and six (06) subjects including English Language at one sitting in the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination.
- Have passed all subjects (excluding the General General Examination) in the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination and have obtained the required level of achievement to pursue a tertiary education course.
3:2 Technical Skills/Proficiency
- Have obtained a Diploma in Technology (Civil) from the University of Moratuwa Institute of Technology/Hardy Institute of Technology, Ampara.
OR
- Have successfully completed a technical course not less than National Vocational Qualification (N.V.Q) level five (05) as prescribed by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission in relation to the subject and obtained a certificate.
Age – Should not be less than 18 years and should not exceed 45 years.
