JUNIOR EXECUTIVE
Job Role:
- Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Understanding of banking, recovery, operational process & Data Presentation, manipulation
according to the requirements of the management. - Work on data and generate various types of reports independently.
- Maintain high level data analysis and accuracy.
- Good communication and analytical skills to support decision making.
- Should be able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
Job Profile:
- G.C.E. (O/L) qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience OR
- G.C.E. (A/L) qualification with at least 3 passes & a minimum of1 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent MS Office skills, with the ability to process reports in a presentable format.
- Knowledge in Macros, SQL &VB applications.
- Strong understanding of Financial Operations & Reporting Processes.
- Timely reporting capabilities.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, problem-solving ability with strong influencing skills.
- Openness to new ideas, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
- Setting high standards, promoting innovation, and embracing a process-oriented approach.
- Work experience, including experience in MIS Reporting, MS Excel & generating Dashboards.
- Maximum age limit is 30 years.
