Nestled in the scenic hill country, the hotel features 154 elegantly appointed rooms, including luxury suites, 10 signature dining venues, and a range of exclusive facilities that redefine heritage hospitality.

We are seeking for a dynamic, well-presented, and service-oriented individuals to join our distinguished Front Office team in the following positions:

• Naturalist – Executive
• Social Media & Digital Marketing – Executive
• Guest Relations Officer
• Receptionist
• Bellman

General Requirements (for all positions):

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and team spirit
• Prior experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
