Recruitment for the posts of Grade III / One Year Training Grade / Two Years Training Grade in the Central Provincial Technical Service (Civil) (Open) – 2025
Applications are hereby invited for the open competitive examination for the recruitment to the vacant posts of Grade III / One Year Training Grade / Two Years Training Grade in the Central Provincial Public Service. The last date for receipt of applications is 2026.01.09.
General Qualifications:
- The applicant must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Must be of excellent character.
- Must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 35 years of age as on the last date of calling for applications.
(Accordingly, only those whose date of birth falls on or before 2008.01.09 and on or after 1991.01.09 are eligible to apply for this post) - A candidate residing in any part of the island can apply.*
*After the recruitment of candidates who are permanent residents of the Central Province or whose spouse has been a permanent resident of this Province for the past 3 years prior to the date mentioned in this notice calling for applications, candidates residing in other provinces of Sri Lanka who have fulfilled the qualifications will be recruited subject to the condition of compulsory service in the Central Provincial Council for 5 years on the basis of the marks obtained.
- Every candidate must be physically and mentally fit to serve in any part of the Central Province and to perform the duties of the post.
- No person holding a religious order is eligible to apply for these posts.
- All qualifications required for recruitment to the service must be fulfilled in all respects by the date specified in the notice calling for applications.
