Organization: Open University of Sri Lanka – Matara Regional Centre

POST OF PROJECT ASSISTANT(Temporary)

Applications will be entertained from suitably qualified persons for the above post.

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Communication or language studies.
• Experience in teaching will be an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to those who are fluent in Sinhala, Tamil & English.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage.

Job Profile:

• Coordination of BA in Tamil and Tamil Language Teaching and BA in English Language Teaching and English for general academic programs.
• Support to promotional, academic program coordination student registration
• Willingness to undertake responsibilities of any other official work assign by the Assistant Director of the Centre.

Duration of the appointment

• Appointments will be made initially for six months and extendable up to two years based on performance.

Renumeration:

• Fixed monthly allowance of Rs. 40,000.00 (Inclusive Cost of living allowance) and entitled to EPF and ETF.
