Applications are called from Sri Lankan citizens for positions lying vacant at Development Lotteries Board.
01. Title of the Post: MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT – Grade III (non-technical)
- No. of vacant positions : 07 Posts
- Salary Code: MA-1-2
- Salary Scale: : Rs 46,220-10 x 540-7 x 630-12 x 1080-12 x 1280 = 84,350
(as per Management Services Circular 01/2025)
Qualifications:-
Recruitment of external applicants
- Should have passed G.C.E (Ordinary Level) in six (06) subjects with credit passes for four (04) subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics at one sitting, and
- Should have passed General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in at least 03 subjects (excluding General Test)
Internal Recruitments
- Employees having qualifications as mentioned below in ‘b’, ‘c’ and ‘d’ at Primary Grade – non skilled, semi skilled and skilled service category may apply for this.
- Should have passed General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) examination in six (06) subjects including credit passes for four (04) subjects including
I. Sinhala /Tamil
II. Mathematics
at one sitting With - Should have been made permanent in the Post and being confirmed
- Should have successfully completed at least 05 years continuously in a permanent post as at due date.
Additional qualifications:-
- Ability to speak, write and understand Tamil language.
- Preference will be given to employees having experience in Sales/Accounting/ Procurement and Administration in Government, semi government or at a reputed institution.
02. Title of the Post: SALES COORDINATOR – Grade III
(This post is a fulltime field duty job and applicants are bound to serve in any part of the island)

- Salary Code: : MA-1-2
- Salary Scale: : Rs 46,220-10 x 540-7 x 630-12 x 1080 -12 × 1280 = 84,350 (as per Management Services Circular 01/2025)
Qualifications:-

(This post is a fulltime field duty job and applicants are bound to serve in any part of the island)

- Salary Code: PL-1
- Salary Scale: Rs 40,500-10 x 450-10 x 490-7 x 540-15 x 590 = 62,530 (as per Management Services Circular 01/2025)
Qualifications
Should have passed G. C. E. (O/L) examination in 06 subjects including 02 credit passes along with a one year service experience in Sales Promotion field.
Additional qualifications required for two posts of Sales Coordinator (Grade III) and Field Promoter (Grade III):
- should have carried out field sales promotions
- should have a motor bike with motorbike license.
- should have ability to serve in any part of the island.
- ability to speak, write and understand Tamil language.
04. General Terms & Conditions
- Age:- Should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. Upper age limit will not apply to internal applicants.
- Nature of Appointment:- Entitled to Employees Provident Fund and Employees Trust Fund upon the recruitment of permanent basis.

Every applicant should be a citizen of Sri Lanka and should have the required physical and mental health to discharge duties of the post successfully and to serve in any part of the island. Should be of a good moral character. - Nature of Recruitment :-
Upon the decision of Board of Directors of the Institution, applications are called by publishing in the Government Gazette or by a Public Notice, and recruitments will be made by a written competitive examination or/and on the results of a structured interview (Oral/ Written or by a practical test) conducted by a panel appointed by recruiting officer for each position. - Deadline for applications: 04.07.2025
