Applications are called for recruitment of following staff on contract basis to Central Provincial Road Development Authority

ENGINEER (CIVIL) GRADE II

No of vacancies – 06 (on contract basis)
Salary Scale MM 1-1-2025 -Rs (91,690.00-10 x 2,480-15 x 3,450-168,240.00)
Monthly Salary- Salary will be paid as per provisions of Management Services Circular No. 1/2025.

Qualifications Qualifications

• Obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering obtained from a university recognized by University Grants Commission
  With
• Registration with Sri Lanka Institute of Engineers and Engineering Council of Sri Lanka as an Associate Civil Engineer. And
• After obtaining the qualification, should have at least one (01) year of experience in the relevant field at a Govt. Institution, State Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution or in a reputed private sector organization

LABORATORY ENGINEER GRADE II

No of Posts -01 ( On contract basis)
Salary Scale MM 1-1-2025-Rs (91,690.00-10 x 2,480-15 x 3,450-168,240.00)
Monthly Salary – Salary will be paid asper provisions of Management Services Circular No. 1/2025.

Qualifications

• Obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering obtained from a university recognized by University Grants
  With
• Registration with Sri Lanka Institute of Engineers and Engineering Council of Sri Lanka as an Associate Material/ Civil Engineer.
  And
• After obtaining the qualification, should have at least one (01) year of experience in the relevant field at a Govt. Institution, State Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution or in a reputed private sector organization

WORKS SUPERVISOR

No of Posts – 72 (On contract basis)
Salary Scale PL2-2025-Rs (42,300.00-10 x 490-10 x 540 – 10 x 590 – 12×630 -66,060.00)
Monthly Salary – Salary will be paid as per provisions of Management Services Circular No. 1/2025

Qualifications:

• Should have obtained a Certificate of Proficiency relating to Construction field obtained from a Technical / Vocational Training Institute recognized by Tertiary & Vocational Education Commission in not less than National Vocational Qualification (NVQ4) level four (4)

General Terms & Conditions

• Applicants should have fulfilled all the required qualifications as at the date  of recruitment.
• Should be less than 45 years of age as at the recruitment. Upper age limit will not apply to applicants employed at State or Provincial State Service, State Semi Government, Pre state institution (Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution)
• Preference will be given to those having relevant experience at the interview
• Applicants from State Service / Semi Government institutions should forward their applications through their
  respective Heads of Institutions
• Applicants should prepare their CV with Bio-data along with copies of relevant certificates and mentioning names of two non related referees should be submitted.
• This post is mainly on contract basis and extension of period of contract will be or will not be done solely with
  discretion of the Authority.
• Applicants meeting qualifications as mentioned in paper advertisement will be called for interview.
• Applicants should have physical and mental health to discharge duties well in the post and to serve in any part of Central Province
